TICKET POLICY

Ticket policy is listed below. To purchase tickets over the phone, please have your credit card
ready and call 515-294-8349 between the hours of 11 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

The Maintenance Shop handles our own ticketing. Here is the major information:
- Tickets are available at the Maintenance Shop Ticket Box Office, Ground Floor of the MU in the M-Shop.

- Hours of operation for the ticket office are 11 AM- 5PM, Monday - Friday, and up through showtime for each show.

- Phone orders will be by credit card only: Master Card, Visa, Discover Card.

- There is a $1 handling charge for each ticket purchased by credit card, whether by phone or in person.

- We will mail tickets for a $2 charge up to seven calendar days prior to a show.

- There is a 6 ticket limit for all shows per purchase for student or public.

- We do not have website ordering at this time and do not plan to in the near future. We do not work
with outside ticket vendors (you know who we mean) because we want to keep shows affordable
for EVERYONE.

- All show admittance is now on a first come first serve basis. We no longer have ticket numbers and
want to encourage fans to come early so they see the entire show. Continue to purchase tickets early,
however, as many of our seated shows sell out in advance.

All prices listed increase $1 day of show. All STUDENT tickets must be accompanied by a valid
COLLEGE I.D from any Iowa college or university.
